May 9, 2024Kleinfelder Water Technologies designed, procured, and installed a new water treatment system for a returning auto manufacturing client. In the painting process, high-purity water is a crucial part of ensuring that the end results meet the manufacturer’s specifications. The treatment system was designed to meet water quantity and quality requirements for the client with no interruption in the manufacturing process. To achieve this, Kleinfelder designed a system that treated the water using a reverse osmosis (RO) membrane system to achieve the required lower dissolved solids levels. Along with the installation these systems, Kleinfelder also provided training for the facility’s employees, allowing the onsite staff to operate the system with confidence.
